How quickly we respond
Quote requests through the form or WhatsApp are usually answered within minutes during opening hours. Calls are picked up by the yard team, not a call centre — so if you have an odd situation (a deceased relative's car, a vehicle stuck in a locked compound, a small fleet to clear), just explain it and we'll tell you straight what we can do. Most collections are booked for the same or next working day around Fort William, Lochaber and the Highlands, with the rest of Scotland on regular runs we'll confirm when you book.

Do I need to book collection in advance?
A day's notice is plenty for most of Scotland, and same-day is often possible around Fort William, Lochaber and the wider Highlands if you contact us in the morning. Island addresses go on a scheduled run, which we'll confirm when you book.
Can someone else hand the car over for me?
Yes — if you can't be there, a family member or neighbour can hand it over, as long as you've confirmed the sale and payment details with us in advance. Payment still goes to you, the seller.
Which is fastest — phone, WhatsApp or the form?
They all reach the same yard team. WhatsApp and the quote form are quickest for a price because the reg comes through in writing; the phone is best for unusual situations you'd rather talk through.
